Claire, the owner and powerhouse behind CPT Fit Co. is a Certified Personal Trainer on a mission to help people change their “I can’t” into “I CAN” and inspire them to believe they are capable of becoming the person they want to be — with lots of persistence, hard work and tons of sweat too!
Claire came to me with a big problem, she hated her previous branding and her website was not functional to help sell her fitness guides. Instead of it being a tool to grow her business and direct people to exactly what they were looking for in a simplified, user-friendly way, she had to spend extra time fielding emails for a plethora of questions. All of this left her feeling like her branding didn’t match who she was and what she was trying to accomplish by inspiring others to get on a healthy journey and accomplish their goals. She wasn’t excited when she looked at her branding and was embarrassed to send people to her site because it didn’t look professional like she wanted it to.
After diving into the client discovery questionnaire, I quickly saw where Claire wanted to position her business and how we could make that happen with a sleek, timeless logo and branding that has a pop of sportiness too, because after all, she’s an athlete through and through! Her target audience’s biggest problem is that they don’t feel satisfied with their current health and fitness journey and are looking for a mentor and leader to help motivate and inspire them. We needed to make sure her target audience could see how personable Claire is through the language on her site and how easy it is to get started with her fitness guides even if you’re new to the world of working out. We created a streamlined website that now works for Claire to grow her business where she feels confident and proud to have site visitors browse everything from her shop, FAQs and Team CPT pages so her audience can find exactly what they need when they need it.
