Like the cards say, Leslie is the dang BEST which made her rebrand an absolute delight to be a part of! Leslie took over an embroidery business that leaned a little more towards the direction of many other embroidery shops—monogram everything with a hefty dose of southern charm! There’s certainly nothing wrong with that and you can bet Leslie also creates monogramed goodies, but the purpose of her business is to spread joy by creating pieces that celebrate the uniqueness and individuality that each of us have.
The name, Lemoine (Leh-mo-e-in), which comes from her great grandmother and is a nod to her own middle name, is as unique as her embroidery work and it was important to Leslie to have the branding reflect that uniquely quirky name that’s been passed down. The bright colors and fun mix of typography with a slightly modern feminine-cowboy charm are sure to bring joy and a smile to everyone that sees it!
Beyond the branding, I also had the opportunity to create packaging with hang tags, stickers, labels, and a custom pattern for tissue paper, along with business cards, thank yous and custom illustrations for Leslie to embroider on various products like linens and apparel. Enjoy y’all!
